Excellent product! Jill had amazing customer service and was super informative and collaborative in creating it. My design had a typo in it and she even pointed it out to confirm that it was intentional, which it wasn’t, so I was then able to revise my design so it ended up perfect before she made it. Jill sent me a preview of the finished chair before it shipped. Super quick shipping, and overall just very happy with the finished chair. The stitching was neat and easy to read. Other listings may say free shipping, but their heightened prices show that they actually are charging for shipping. This shop has transparent pricing, which I really appreciated.
